Great product works perfectly

This is a well-designed and effective product. Good for splitting vocal or instrumental inputs into two outputs.

There was not a combination of ground lifts and input/output/throughs that provided a good split without significant signal loss. Using this for a vocal mic makes the signal really weird and hard to EQ. It sounds really bad.

Disappointing - significant bass reduction. Slight buzz in high frequencies. Replaced with a whirlwind.

It has a background hum, I do not recommend it.

This does exactly what it says. It will do. Hopefully, reliability is good, but if it is not, I will update the review

Frequently used. Great utility. Very useful to split the same wired in ear monitor signal to two different drummers, on two bands, playing one after the other. Also used to split a talkback microphone between a mixer and a powered control room speaker, for monitoring.
