I modded my cheapo Gaggia espresso machine with this timer and it seems to work well. I can't remember whose website I used for the directions it was pretty simple you don't even need directions just patch into one of the power cables going to your espresso pump motor.

This replaced worn out switch on curio cabinet. Installation was easy but I had to fabricate a longer knob connector to reach through thick upper part of cabinet.

Flickers with LED lights despite being advertised to work with them.

I bought three of these for our classic trailer lights. First off, these don’t mention a UL listing anywhere on the device. If there is one buried under one of the components, it needs to be visible (note to seller). Secondly, the functionality gets a 3 star. I have several dimmable a19 led lamps (bulbs for the sake of the reader). It took four different bulbs before I finally got one that functioned at range from 50%+/- on to 100%. The other three brands were at 85%+/- on to 95+/-% leaving the dimmer to only really function for about 10% of the full turn. I didn’t try it with incandescents, so I can’t speak to that. Note: all led bulbs did achieve full dimming, just the range on the dial wasn’t very good. The overall functionality wasn’t great either. On a couple of the bulbs (where I mentioned 95%+/-), once I got the dial past a certain point, the bulb would turn off. Trying to decide if I should add a limiter or just return the things. Finally, there are no instructions, so if you’re doing a diy and wondering, the white wire should tie into the black power in and the black into the black fixture wire. If it’s a lamp cord, you’re connecting to the side of the wire without ridges on it. *Do not connect the white wire to the neutral (typically white or ridged with lamp cords) source of the power. All in all, I chose 3 star because I was able to get them to work okay. Still not sure if I’m going to keep them or not. Value for the money leaves a little to be desired, considering that I have to get the perfect bulbs for good functionality (ie: more money spent = value down).

Put these in my 90 model ranger, and like them better than the LED lights I would of purchased

Work fine as an in-fixture dimmer the reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the first on I ordered has a short circuit in it.

I am using this to reduce the power being delivered to a vibratory pump in my espresso machine. It works great. It allows for fine control over output pressure of the pump and almost looks OEM to my machine.
