Perfect replacement
Perfect replacement/fit for my generator. I am sure this shut off valve is used on many different brands of generators. Functions as should. Easy to install and is good value for the money. Just make sure and check the thread pitch and size of the part that screws into the bottom of the fuel tank before ordering.

bought but couldn't use
Suppose this item would work fine for most but first let me explain..i bought this shut off valve as a suggested purchase to go along with the JSD One Gallon Fuel Tank..We all know when you order an item from Amazon it shows items often sold with the purchase you are buying and this shut off valve was shown as the item often ordered along with the JSD Fuel Tank..I gave this 5 stars because it looks like it would be great should it fit the tank i ordered but as i said it doesn't fit...Going back to the fuel tank i noticed it says on the Tank i ordered i could ask for these converter adapters to be sent along with the tank but it doesn't have a place to ask for them from the seller..i just assumed since this petcock was ordered usually with the tank it would automatically fit but we all know what assuming will get you..Maybe had i got those adapters to begin with this wouldn't be an issue..I will give this 5 stars regardless as it looks fine just don't take someones suggestion until you first investigate the fitment..my bad..For the money though this shut off valve is a great deal..The lever moves smoothly and not sticky or hard to turn..Seems well made for this price
