this is perfect for me it's so cheap,portble and nice looking it works great for me.The card reader has an USB-C and USB-A port makes it easy to use old and new labtops, so i can use my schools computers. Super easy to use, great to transfer photos and videos onto your laptop.Though it is a little ruff puting in the sd card, but that shouldn't be a problem.Now i did some research and i'll tell you the pros and cons so you'll know if this is for you without further ado! PROS * Works with both modern USB-C devices and USB-A ports. * Can access SD and MicroSD cards at the same time you don't need to swich the cards out each time. * USB 3.0 supports up to 5Gbps—10x faster than USB 2.0. makes moveing files faster. *Esay to bring with you were ever you go. *Way to cheap! CONS * It only supports UHS-I speeds, so if you're useing SD cards (like for 4K video), it may slow down your transfer rates. * No card lock so card can fall out (though i don't think that will happen it never happend to me) * No led Indicator you can only tell if you'r card is being read through you'r laptop or computer(don't have a problem with this my laptop tells me it's being read). *Some say not to strong ( i think it won't brake that fast). To me the pros win it's up to you but if i were you i would get it.

I like this dual port (USB A & USB 3.0) SD & mSD card adapter. It's very easy to use. The SD slot works as expected - insert (slide) the card or mSD adapter until it stops. What's cool for the mSD slot is you insert the card until you feel a "click". Then to remove the mSD card press again and it pops out into your hand. Definitely better for glove wearers. Finally, each sport's cap is a different size so you're not trying to cram the 3.0 cap on the A side.

Just got this today and already loving it! I've been using the free card readers that sometimes comes packaged with some SD cards. I didn't think a dedicated one would make a huge difference. Boy, was I wrong! I bought two 512 microSD cards recently, and wanted to run h2testw to ensure they're true/not fraudulent or bad cards. Figured might as well test the card reader. The SPEED that this card reader runs at was just impressive! I was getting about 19-20 MB/sec in the other junk card readers (granted they weren't USB 3.0 compatible), while this UGREEN one clocked at 130'ish MB/sec for writing (even more for reading)! See screenshots of the output results! Plug and play was easy. I have a Windows 11 and it picked it up without issues. I loaded a microSD card into the slot and used an SD card adapter to load another microSD card into the SD card slot, and the computer was able to pick up both. Using the USB-C end, I was able to plug it into my phone to use. The only gripe I have is that if you have a phone case on, it'll unlikely plug in and work properly, so you'll have to remove the phone case. Size is no bigger than standard thumb drives, so it's easy to carry around. It even comes with a keyring loop you can tie onto it! For the price, it is hard to beat!

I wanted an SD Reader that I can carry with my camera gear. I went through two Anker USB-C that were both DOA so went with the Acer with USB-C and USB-A connections. The Acer performs superbly and I really like the little light to show you that you have power. Thinking the Ugreen is a rebadge of the Acer one I couldn't resist ordering one as a backup. The UGreen looks really nice but it's a little bit longer, wider, and thicker. At this price, I'll be keeping the UGreen as the backup at home and use the Acer to take with my camera gear.

I bought this card reader to help transfer photos from my camera, and it has been great so far. It is very compact, about the size of a standard USB flash drive, which makes it extremely portable and easy to carry in my camera bag. ​Dual Slots: It features two slots, one for MicroSD (the small ones used in phones/drones) and one for standard SD cards (the larger ones for digital cameras). ​Ease of Use: It is truly plug-and-play. I didn't have to install any drivers, my computer recognized it immediately. ​Performance: The transfer speeds are consistent, and it handles large image files without any issues. ​Build: The design is simple but functional. It feels sturdy enough to toss in a pocket or bag without worrying about it breaking. However, I have one concern regarding the build quality: the metal edges around the card slots are quite sharp. You have to be careful when handling it or passing your finger over it, as it feels unfinished and could almost cut your skin. Other than that, it’s a very useful and portable tool. ​

Great little sd card drive. Works perfectly for what I needed it for. East to use and carry. The usb c is great for transferring pictures from your phone to a different device. Very convenient. I differently would recommend this drive. Could be a life saver if you have to transfer files quickly.

Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich mal eine Rezension über einen Kartenleser schreibe – aber der Ugreen Kartenleser hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht. Ich habe ihn eher ohne große Erwartungen bestellt, nachdem ich mit günstigen No-Name-Lesern schon einige nervige Erfahrungen gemacht hatte. Hier war es komplett unkompliziert: Einstecken, Karte rein, fertig. Sowohl am MacBook als auch am Windows-PC wurde er sofort erkannt – kein Treiber, kein Herumprobieren. Die Datenübertragung läuft schnell und vor allem stabil, auch bei größeren Foto- und Videodateien. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig, nichts wackelt oder fühlt sich billig an. Er ist schön kompakt, fast schon so klein, dass man aufpassen muss, ihn nicht zu verlegen. Am Ende macht er einfach genau das, was er soll – zuverlässig und ohne Drama. Genau so sollte Technik sein. Klare 5 Sterne.

Plug and play, fungerar perfekt. Använder den till datorn så jag kan använda micro sd kort för fil överföring. Smidig och lätt att ta med sig om man behöver.

Bought to use with my camera, didn’t need much use until I went to go download recent photos to realise it just doesn’t work at all! Fairly disappointed as if I had realised this before my return expiry date, I definitely would have changed it.
