HyperX Chargeplay Quad - 4-in-1 Joy-Con Charging Station for Nintendo Switch with LED Indicators, USB Connection

Honestly I saw this one compared to competitors was a bit more pricey so I was iffy on purchasing one but when my switch stopped charging my joycons I decided it was time. I had heard and read reviews on the HyperX charging station and everyone said it was heavy and charged their controllers very quickly. I understand that by heavy they had meant the quality wasn’t some cheap plastic. I am so happy with this purchase and it lets me charge all 4 of my joycons while allowing me to just plug into my switch dock. So I don’t have to take up an extra slot on my extension cord. Worth the money and worth the hype!

If you need something to charge multiple joycons i highly recommend this. The light indicators make it easy to tell when its charging or charge complete. Make sure to push all the way down to where the light turns on there is a slight click. They do not just drop in though there is a rail that they slide down on like the side rails of the switch itself. Good charger, works well, easy to read. It does not come with a power brick though but for me I just plugged the usb into one on the dock, so be aware it will take a USB port if you don't have a spare wall adapter laying around.

i am a hyperx fiend. literally use ALL hyperx and when i got this on sale i bought it and it works great. it’s circular shape makes it easier to connect and remove joycons. others, they’re together and you bump into other ones charging. you can see it charging and can the charging light because it’s bright. it’s pretty big, i’ll give it that but other than that, it’s great.

It helped me charge the joycons without having to get up and connect them to the console. I'm using crutches at the moment, so connectig the joycons back into the console is difficult for me. I have this charger next to my couch and it works just fine. It doesn't deel flimsy at all, and it worked without any issues right out of the box.

This product was received the very next day after ordering. It was a replacement for another quad charging station for joy-con controllers. I really liked the fact that this charging station has some weight and that is an indicator that it was well made. The design and light charging status is unique. Our previous one had led green and red towers that seemed altogether flimsy and would break sooner than later. This station is a must have for minimalists looking to effectively charge their controllers whilst enjoying the aesthetically pleasing setup this charging station has to offer. It has only been half a day that we have had it and I will update if it ends up being a dud after all. I definitely recommend this charging station for joy-con controllers.

My wife loves it. She can keep her Joy-Cons close at hand on the side table instead of up by the TV where the Switch sits in its dock. No complaints about charging rate, but it doesn't come with a USB adaptor. Seems sturdy enough; will see how it holds up after the cats knock it off the table a few times.

Finally a joy con charging dock worth buying! I have had two PowerA docks have a charging port fail on me in the last 6 months and they will not even respond to my support email requests. Saw an instagram post for this dock and instantly came to amazon to buy it. This has amazing build quality and is beautifully constructed. Extremely happy with my purchase, plus HyperX has great customer support if anything goes bad I am not worried.

What I like about this charger is that it is hefty so that you know it will not fly across the room or shift around and damage the joycons. It’s weighted appropriately and has good padding underneath to prevent the charger from moving around when seated on any surface. Hope the next iteration uses USB-C port!

Charges the controllers really fast! And it's not that big so it doesn't take up that many space!

Love this charger. Exactly what we were looking for made of solid maters. Satisfying click when you doc your joycon. Nice white Led indicators flash for charging and full when charged. If you are keeping this out on a counter this looks fantastic compared to other options

This is my favorite docking station. I like how the light at each side blinks when its corresponding joy con is charging. When a joy con is fully charged, the light will be on without the blinking to indicate it’s ready. Charges the joy cons at a good speed too!
