It Works
I was in Europe for a few years and picked up a home weather station. When I got back to the US, I discovered that the transformer that came with the device was 220-240 VAC. Works on several different tablets.
This worked pretty well, clear up to when my new puppy chewed up the cord. The only issue I had was it didn't go all the way into the tablet. The plug was longer than the depth of the charging hole. But everything considered it worked very well.

Doesn't want to charge. No power coming out from USB PORT NEITHER.

Does what it supposed to.
Needed a six and a half volt charger for my portable guitar amplifier. This one being adjustable voltage works perfectly. The extra ends and phone charger were a definite bonus.
