Love it! Fun and will get you moving.
I've only had it a few days and I've been using it constantly. It's definitely challenging and awesome on your legs. As an avid kite/snow/longboarder, I needed something like this to give me something to do at home. I spend every second on it if I'm watching a show or playing a video game. My balance has already improved a bit and I can feel it working my leg muscles! I've started attempting some spins and squats as well. Definitely adds to the workout. Water sport enthusiasts, this is great for you because the stops on the bottom can be swapped to the long edges, which allows you to work on wave-type balance scenarios. With the stoppers off completely it's even MORE challenging, and you can twist and turn to your heart's content. Only "complaint" (which is negligible) is that the blue part of the board is a different material that gets a bit slippery if you're on it barefoot. But it's only after you've been on it long enough for your feet to sweat, and even then - just wear socks! It's very comfortable to stand on, very sturdy wood with soft and durable foam on top, and the roller hasn't damaged my hardwood floor even with all of my falling! Anyway, I highly recommend this to beginners or advanced balance boarders, as it can be changed to work for you. Also great for snowboarders who struggle with rail balance, and surfers (and basically any board sport). And it's pretty!

Not just for board sports!
I did a lot of research on different balance boards with rollers, and eventually settled on the Swell 2.0. I’ve had it for a couple of years now, and haven’t had any issues. The quality is solid, and the board surface is just grippy enough for barefoot training, but not TOO grippy to make doing turns difficult. It hasn’t peeled off or anything. The magnetic stoppers can be knocked off if you roll too hard and fast in one direction, FYI; 99% of the time, they stay well put. Once you feel more comfortable on your board, you’ll likely take off those “training wheels” anyway. But it is a nice feature, to be able to move them into different positions. I haven’t seen this particular feature from any other balance board brand on the market. The length of the board and the roller are a great size. Some boards are really short, or a wide oval, while some are really narrow and more geared towards skateboard training. Some have much smaller diameter rollers, or really short rollers. But this is a great “general training” board, and I think the size makes it more versatile, and easier for beginners. You’re able to spread your stance wider on the Swell, better mimicking the stance you have when surfing. I do use this board to make weight training and cardio more challenging. (Revolution does also make the FIT board specifically for this, but the Swell 2.0 has the same weight limit rating of up to 450lbs.) You can do overhead presses, racked kettlebell squats (which would be less doable on a shorter or narrower board), windmills and the like on this thing. I’ve personally tested the Swell up to 200 lbs and it was fine. I also have their air cushion, which I sometimes use with the board, or on its own. It’s worth it, as an add-on. I especially recommend this for any kind of sport that requires a lot of balance. It has helped me progress in my roller skating and paddleboarding, for sure.

Quality build, effective and FUN!
I’m not one for writing reviews but this deserves the kudos. Amazing build, love that that the stopper is magnetic so you easily scale up the difficulty. I found that progression has happened pretty quickly because of how much I’m on it… probably 30 minutes a day just because I crave doing it. I also noticed I felt a lot lighter and more balanced skating after a week or so - big win! Im already planning on getting the core32 once I feel like I’ve gotten really confident on this model. If you’re wondering if you should get it, and can, DO IT!

I have had 4 ACL replacements and need to keep my core strong and do a lot of balance training to compensate for my crappy knees
I bought the Rev board after borrowing my upstairs neighbor's Indo board for a few days. I took a chance by ordering this instead because it was a little cheaper. I have had 4 ACL replacements and need to keep my core strong and do a lot of balance training to compensate for my crappy knees. I also do enough supping that I've realized my balance needs some work. This is probably the single best thing out there for that. The board and roller themselves are great. While I ordered it sight unseen to save a few bucks, I actually like this better than the Indo board because of the lightly padded surface. It feels kind of like neoprene and gives you better grip if you're doing this barefoot, which I usually am - and more comfortable on your feet than the weird graininess/textured top of the Indo board. I also ordered just a generic wobble cushion to use with it as well when working out. While I can balance on the roller just by itself, I'm not yet confident enough in my balancing skills to use it for squats or other exercises. The cushion underneath provides a slightly easier option for that kind of stuff. February 2016 update - Reducing from 5 status to 3 a while I still like and use it, I'm not quite as thrilled with it. Within the first month, the black coating glued on to the tube started to come unglued. I have attempted to contact the company repeatedly via email, via their website, via their website chat feature, etc., and I have never heard back despite repeat attempts. To me, that's not exactly great customer service, since they don't stand behind their product. The coating has entirely unraveled and it's now down to the naked plastic tube. Wish I'd just spent the extra $20 and bought an indo board in the first place. If I were to buy it again, that's definitely what I'd do. March 2016 - After seeing my February update, the company reached out and offered to send me a new roller. Apparently the one I had was an older version. This newer one seems much better, and unlike the old one, hasn't started coming unglued in just a couple weeks. I'm glad they made this right even though it had been so long since I bought it. The board itself was always very nice, and with the new roller, it's now a complete quality product.

It's great for kids to learn how to balance on a surf board.

Great board helps with rehab and when you’re not on the water to keep all those intricate muscles prepared for when you are. It’s a bit pricey. Sometimes it’s over £200 so I waited and it went down to £160 but still a lot. unlike the 3-1 it doesn’t come with the wobble cushion which is useful for early rehab balance exercises. But on a positive you can quickly change the stoppers to allow front to back sway which you can’t with the 3-1. Just be careful as it takes some practice use a chair for support or stay close to a wall until you master it. Over all I like it and use it once per week l Will also use it after my surgery to get paddleboard surf fit
