Items worked perfectly in my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 with the 545rfe. These are official mopar parts and came in original boxes and were well packaged. It does not come with a gasket or any sealant for the pan. The sump filter o-ring is included. The kit installed easily and was a perfect fit!

Genuine Mopar transmission filters and gasket maker. The OEM quality is better than the cheap china junk being sold on Amazon. I purchased these and 2 sets of the Chinese parts to compare and there are many differences that make the OEM filters better. I will only trust these Mopar filters in my transmission. Save yourself time and expense. Get the Mopar filters and be secure that you made the right choice in fit, durability, easy install and quality. Chinese filter is smaller, painted with chipping already, has smaller flow holes, no anti drain back diaphragm, missing the coupler, the gasket is not pinched into place and is of poor quality. The filter media in the sump filter is not as fine in the Chinese part. Could not get a good picture without opening the plastic bag the sump filter came in so no photo but tmwfi.

This is a better quality part than any of the aftermarket brand parts. The seal on the sump filter is a press in fit that others do not have and the spin-on filter has the anti-drainback valve. These two features can save your transmission from failure and are well worth the extra few dollars.

Factory mopar filters fit great. My ram 2500 took 10 quarts of atf 4 after filter change and letting drain overnight. Night and day difference in the way the transmission shifts now, I didn’t know how bad it was. First change at 115,000 miles.

Both filters fit. The threads on the end of the spin on filter were damaged. Managed to clean them up and in stall both filters. Both fit good. Other then slight damage on threads the rest was good.

First of all I must say that any type of "Instructions" included with automotive replacement parts are nearly nonexistent in my experiences. The fact that there are reference materials included to help determine the right filters were ordered is absolutely top notch. The filters installed easy, I appreciated that fact. I did not install the included new filter neck gasket piece because the original one was still in great condition and from online forums it was recommended not to replace unless there are cracks or other signs of wear. This recommendation was a welcome one considering the difficulty and extra time it takes. I highly recommend this kit for anyone needing the 4X4 version (upgraded at that) of transmission filters for their Mopar Vehicle.

Fits 68rfe prefect dont cheap out on filters go oem

Looks like these were OEM for a while and now they have gone back to not being OEM. I received a painted filter with no back-flow preventer. There is no RTV as other reviews have noted. RTV is still listed in the title, contents and pictures.🤷‍♂️ Please note this is the picture on the order in my history but looks to be removed from listing but in writing still lists RTV/Sealant
