I was fascinated. They met my expectations. They’re durable, and they help with pain during workouts. My gym partners also liked them, and bought their own. I’m definitely getting a new pair when the time comes.

Great if you have medium to small arms. Very high quality but forearm hole is very small and Velcro strap isn’t long enough to lock the strap. I’ll keep for another use or give away.

At 55 years old, I still prefer lifting heavy (for me). For the past 3-4 months my elbows have been taking a beating during my bench press sessions. I thought that my lifting days were over. As I did some research on joint care supplements, I spotted an article on elbow wraps. Why it never occurred to me before the supplemental research, I don't know? I shifted my research to find some elbow wraps that would allow me to continue benching heavy. These wraps worked better than I expected. The loop design with the velcro on the outside were the deciding factors in my purchase. Sliding my forearms through the loop eliminates the struggle of starting the wraps with the loose ends. This, in turn, allows me to wrap the straps around my elbows with a more snug fit before securing the velcro on the outside of the wraps. I'm now able to bench heavy again with little to no pain @ 315 LBS and above.

Unfortunately, the others weren’t lying (I like to see for myself) when they said that the products' arm holes are too small. It was so small that my fingers started tingling and became numb. The materials were think and stitching seem excellent. I’m the end, I returned for a product with adjust arm holes
