I bought this steamer as a gift for my daughter. She works for several affluent families that have her steam press the clothes as they come out of the dryer or before they wear them a second time before dry cleaning. They have steamers much more costly than this one I purchased for her. She called me so thrilled and stated, “Mom, this steamer is awesome. It does a much better job than the steamers my clients have, is easier to navigate to different areas in my home, its lighter weight and one pass over garment removes the wrinkles and looks like the clothes have just come from the dry cleaners!” She used it on suits, formal wear, T-shirts, bedding and drapes and it did a amazing job. She said , “I definitely would recommend this steamer to everyone I know”.

Hose gets soft when hot, so it kinks easily and has to be straightened out to be effective. The brush attachment is helpful, but held on by a cheap clamp so it flies off very easily.

It works great until broke after one month. The holder retract down. We use it about twice a week. retract in. What can I do to fix or replace it?

This steamer is easy to assemble and works well when I'm steaming wrinkles out of my shirt. The only issue I run into is that the steam is inconsistent at times which can be tough when steaming bigger projects.

Product works well! I like that there are two options for the amount of steam that is used. My boyfriend is taller than me and has to bend down to steam the lower parts of clothing, but we have used a chair to remedy that. I would like the pole to be a bit taller. There are wrinkles still present on the stubborn parts of clothing that I have, but perhaps it's my technique that I can change. It's easy to setup and use.

The steam Is not continuous and it stops and starts. I’ve had plenty of other steamers in the past that just provides steady flow of steam. This one does not. I am disappointed

Not sure how this has so many great reviews, it is honestly terrible! My little travel steamer gives off more steam and gets out wrinkles so much faster. Doing one men's button-down took me over 10 minutes and I still don't feel it did a sufficient job. I have worked in retail before and have used a lot of different steamers of all sizes. I could barely even see the steam coming out of this one. Save yourself the money and time getting this setup and go with a better one. Just annoyed I have to box it all back up and return it.

The steamer does a good job. It is a bit bulky, so takes up room to store and the unit to needs to be emptied after use, which is a bit difficult because of it size to get up to the sink. It does a good job getting out wrinkles. While it is faster than ironing, it is not as crisp as ironing.
