No microwave, will help it replicate that NY at Christmas, cooked over charcoal, taste and smell. {Yes, I know you can find them, at ball and football games. Just not the same memories.} It's soft, chewy inside and has that perfect crust bite to it. The outer crust is perfectly browned. These are the "old fashioned" pretzels from your childhood. The cost is a bit steep, so that might put you off. If you want the memories though, once in awhile go for the treat. Review: What kind of joke is this? - Horrible product. Great Pretzel
We just followed the directions for reheating and it was crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Delicious and big enough for four people. You won’t be sorry.

Squashed pretzel!!
We got one squashed pretzel for $ 25.00!!!! Absolutely not!!! I ordered a box of pretzels that you bake in the oven.

Polished off in minutes!
I baked this pretzel in the oven and put it on the table for a snack. It was inhaled in less then 2 minutes. Soft, delicious and great tasting! You add just the right amount of salt prior to baking it. I’ll surely purchase more of these!

Best pretzel I ever ate
These are delicious. My hubby and I shared one for supper and couldn't finish it, very filling. Well worth the cost.
