Works great!
This is an easy, cheap way to generate test frequencies. I'm using it to dial in audio frequencies for chiptune projects. It's very simple to use the included serial functionality. A few jumpers to a Raspberry Pi or TTL serial adapter and you're good to go.

Good product
Easy to use and works as advertised. Just purchased a second one for another project.

Works Great For My Ls Swap
Has worked well for my Ls swap alternator. Mine is installed under the hood on a wheel we'll and it has been fine even through months of snow. I should probably mount it where I can lower the charge periodically.

Inaccurate clock generator
Okay as a toy. Seems to be some sort of free running oscillator instead of using a crystal. Seems that the frequency divider circuitry (possibly an FPGA) does not meet timing on one of the higher frequency dividers, so there is an occasional intermittent cycle period 'jump' (divider error). The waveform shows the amount of jitter (and jump) from the prior rising edge of a 1KHz at 1% duty cycle generated signal (using +12VDC supply). The frequency is a bit off from the programmed value: 992.1Hz measured when programmed at 1.00 KHz. (Same jitter and jump when set to 50% duty cycle.) Seems to retain last setting programmed after power is removed.

This device can work any 12v-24v brushless fan with wire
Easy to use very straightforward connections I used it on caterpillar 24v radiator fan that come with 4 wire

Great for controlling PWM server fans
Used in a project to control 2 high speed pwm server fans (hooked +12v and ground to the fan and +5v and ground to the signal generator with the PWM signal going to the fan's PWM input). This allowed me to set the fan speed to a reasonable amount and has been running continuously for awhile now.
