Just Excellent
I’ve always said that China can produce whatever level of product they choose to. That said, all too often they produce products that are cheaply made and barely serviceable. This is not the case with these Banord lights! Every aspect of these lights has been well thought out and executed. The lights are made from premium materials, from thick cords to water resistant gaskets on the plug ends and at each bulb. Most importantly, the Edison style lamps are the first LEDs I have seen that are pretty much indistinguishable from incandescent. The long LED filaments do a great job of imitating the filaments in a regular bulb and produce a very bright but warm light. The light strings are well packaged in two 48’ coils, a total of 96’, and the bulbs are packaged in two foam cartons of 15 each. Each package of string lights (there are two strings in each set) comes with three extra bulbs, so six total extra. Banord also sells a package of extra bulbs and a very nice dimmer/on/off remote control, which I can tell you is great but I’ll review separately. I’m very happy with this set of lights and I have already purchased multiple additional sets and recommended this product to friends. Update: the light strings are pretty sturdy but don’t try to pull them very tight over a long unsupported span. I managed to tear one strand and had to repair it. It was entirely my fault though for pulling way too hard. Additionally, if you are draping the lights unsupported, you may want to consider a plug guard to keep the plugs between the strings connected. Amazon has some here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C2M83Y4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Update: I’ve ended up running 1/8 steel cable for any spans 25 foot or longer. It’s pretty easy to do and then just zip tie to the cable. Also, if you zip tie plugs together they won’t pull apart. Run a zip tie around the top of each plug, plug together, then run a zip tie between the two other zip ties and tighten.

Nice lights. They are bright.
I purchased the 48 ft light string which worked well for my space. I love that these bulbs are 2 watts each. They are bright. Just be aware that a small fuse must be installed in the male plug end for the string to light. In my package, the fuse came separately wrapped and I needed to install the fuse myself. Open the fuse compartment in the male plug, insert the fuse, and with a small screwdriver, push the fuse holder with the fuse inserted toward the prongs to engage the fuse. Then close the compartment. A mention of the fuse and its installation could have been a helpful addition to the single page of instructions, but was omitted altogether. Take care not to lose the tiny fuse while unpacking. The cover of the fuse compartment would not stay closed in my case, so I secured it with a zip tie. Also be aware that the bulbs must be firmly inserted into their sockets in order to light. None of my bulbs lit up initially after I snugged them down, but all lit up after I went back and gave them another quarter turn or so. They must seat into their weatherproofing to turn on. You get 3 spare bulbs with the set, a nice touch. The female plug end has a rubber cover to protect the electrical contacts from the elements. The string is connected to a timer which controls its operation. I do not have it connected to a dimmer. I am happy with the purchase so far.

Great lights, well packaged, with extra bulbs.
We had purchased a similar string of lights from a competitor. Both brands are identical except the Banord's use a plastic bulb instead of glass. It's nice knowing the bulbs won't break if the wind kicks up and they knock a tree or a tree branch falls and hits a bulb. We used these bulbs to circle our outdoor fire pit and another set to circle our small pool. The wiring is heavy duty, not like Christmas tree string lights. They do have weight to them. Although the instructions say they can support their own weight on 24 foot spans, we used paracord from tree to tree, then used zip ties to hold the lights to the paracord. The lights look great. Without the lights on, both these areas are pitch black at night. With these lights on, they are perfectly light and use the same amount of electricity as a single 60 watt light bulb, which would barely light either area. Even though the bulbs are plastic, they still included 3 extra bulbs per 48' strand of lights. I don't remember reading that in the description, and it was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend these string lights to anyone and will definitely buy them again.

Pretty bright for Cafe lights. Dimmable. Good quality.
Update 5.12.21: One light bulb burnt out. But they include 3 extras. So all is good. I do have this on every night tho. Hope the other bulbs last longer. I got these "used" as an amazon warehouse deal. Only a corner of the box was crushed. Otherwise item was new inside. I knew these lights would be pretty bright but also knew they were dimmable too. Glad I bought the dimmer because at 100% they're too bright for ambience. Full brightness in first pic. The second pic is at 40% brightness which I keep it at most nights. I bought a smart plug dimmer that connects to Google home and Alexa. I can set them to come on at sunset and off at sunrise, turn on it off, and change brightness via voice. Installation was simple but timely. I spent 3 hours. You have to buy command strip clips made for hanging Christmas lights, do some math to calculate space between each light, get on a ladder, then I realized it was too short to reach my outdoor outlet. So I had to buy an outdoor extension cord and wait 3 days. The only thing I kinda didn't like is how far apart the lights were, 3 feet. It's pretty awesome and the bulbs look nice and big even though it's made of plastic. Just make sure you get some kind of dimmer.

Great quality
I’ve owned numerous string lights from different companies. This is the best quality I’ve found, and they look great. The cables are industrious, the bulbs are sturdy (I’ve dropped the strand once or twice while hanging), and they provide a good amount of light without being obnoxious. I purchased a second strand after the first one to extend them further through our yard.

Best bang for your buck. And I’ve looked for these lights for a long time. Way cheaper then purchasing at a big box store. The lights are three feet apart and honestly y they are so bright you wouldn’t want them any closer together. We temporarily put them up around our yard/ fire pit area. The cord is thick and good quality. Bulbs are plastic which is great incase they ever fall from a storm etc. comes with two extra bulbs and a fuse. These would work great in a tent for a wedding as well. They are dimmable too. But then. You won’t regret!!

Works perfect on my patio. Good amount of light.. looks durable enough to handle through the winter

Built very well. I wouldn't want to set them up so that they get wet from constant rain, but they look tough enough. They're actually brighter than expected. Just a little dimmer would be preferable, but they're very nice.

We replaced all our strings before last winter and squirrels ate through them so we needed a better quality cording and these look like they will withstand extreme weather and squirrels. Here’s hoping anyways.
