Mcvities Tasties Custard Creams 150G

After watching a documentary on McVitie’s factory, I just had to order these. Very delicious.

Old-fashioned wafer cookies. I bought these for my brother-in-law who looks way for cookies since they were in such a nice container.

These are a little expensive for the number of cookies, but for a special occasion they were perfect. They were very tasty, and I was glad I purchased. I wouldn't spend this for cookies I have daily but for a special occasion they were all received. I did have about 5 cookies that were broken but that is expected since they were mailed and not well protected.

This was really average. The taste was something you could easily forget after a bite. I was expecting a lot more from a known British brand.

My fellow Americans… the ends of the packages are going to be a little crackily and that is inevitable. We’re importing tea snacks. They’re not made of titanium. But honestly? The biscuits still taste great. They’re soft and sweet and authentically McVities. We’ve gotta be grateful for the little things. In other words, these are worth buying. They’ll compliment your cuppa beautifully. 😌

I'm unable to report on the custard cream because I got bourbon cream. The bourbon cream is dry and not something I would reorder. It is also not worth 5 bucks in my opinion.

Sweet, a bit dry, holds together good, not too crumbly. But the flavor is not as pronounced as I would have liked.
