Immediate results
This isn't a cure-all, but you can feel the difference on the first step you take after putting it on. I have issues from L3 to S1 with bulging things, herniated things and sciatica and this helps a great deal. I have nerve pain in my buttock, the front of my thigh and down the outside of my leg all the way to my foot. This has helped with the pain in my buttock, hip and thigh and decreased the pain going down my leg to a flutter of nerve signals rather than lightning pain. It definitely helps me while sitting, walking and bending. I'm hoping I only need it temporarily, but I'm definitely happy to have it. It's good quality. I've only had it for a few days and see my dogs hair is collecting on the Velcro, so not sure how long before that becomes a problem. But, even if it does become a problem, I'm happy to buy a new one. It's definitely worth it.

Supportive Hip Device
Wry good supportive wrap. Helps hop pain keeps muscle warm, strong. Velcro to keep it in place, made good material. Highly recommend it. Can’t see it under clothes which is a win

Very satisfied with this product.
I expected this to be rather bulky but was pleasantly surprised. It’s light weight too & does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Helped my lower back & my injured quad. True to size. Very happy with this product.

Thigh portion part not quite long enough
Didn't quite meet my requirements, I needed something more just for my thigh

Helps support sacroiliac joint
I got this because my hip and sacroiliac joint pain was biased on one side. My right hip/glute drooped more so I got the right leg version. The brace is adjustable with a wide and secure velcro part on one end, while the other strap has a smaller velcro square. This means you can wrap it tight to one velcro, get it tight on the other, then redo the previous one to be tighter if need be. It also is possible to take a right side version and put it to your left (would have to do the straps behind your back) but could be helpful to support certain areas. It is not meant for that, I just find that the design is useful to get it where you need to if you take the time. I find that I rotate it more towards my injured side so the the back top of the leg portion goes diagonal up past my sacroiliac joint/tailbone to add support. I also put the lag portion a little higher up as to add a sort of springy loose portion at the back hip to aid in supporting that area so it presses rather than pulls when leaning back. You'll have to mess with it a little bit and it is *not* a tight brace. It is meant as a supplement with stronger braces, for minor tightening, or one to use when sleeping/exercising as it is thinner than most of the other, stronger belts. I put this over my undergarments, then put an additional sacroiliac belt over it that does more rotating in the direction I need. The additional belt is bulkier, but allows me to set secondary straps to pull one direction more along with elastic straps to place to support it. Then I can wear pants over it all. It's a little bulkier but not too bad. Definitely a good product, just might not have longevity. I would try it and maybe buy a second if it helps as it may just get worn out after a bit. I am going to get a second one just for that reason as I can already see it getting some elasticity fatigue/overstretching. That's to be expected though and the price is ok due to that.

Great ivention
This brace is just what I needed to cover the groin strain I have now. I can place the ice pack in that area and it stays there until I remove it. Thanks for inventing this product.

Keeps me up while working
I'm an ex competitive gymnast with messed up hips. My right hip is higher than my left, and I can only describe it as 'coming out of place' at times. It doesn't dislocate, but my femur and pelvis get really extra out of whack/misaligned if I'm doing certain things and it shoots my constant level 3 pain up to 8 or 9 and being unable to walk at times. My muscles are super tight and it it makes it difficult to realign once it's messed up for the day. I work a pretty physically brutal job and constantly lug around 20kg (44lb) feed bags and shovel snow, both tasks that aggravate my hips. This brace doesn't stop it from hurting, but it does help prevent me from getting into those higher pain levels. Preventative only. The top I strap around as tight and I can get it around my lower back and upper glutes, and the leg bit on my right leg. It helps support the back muscles while feeling like it pulls my leg downwards to help keep it from tilting up higher. Once I'm down for the count though, it just becomes decoration. I try to only wear it for tasks I really need the support for and not all day to avoid the muscle weakening further. The downsides are that the velcro wears out pretty quickly and that it gives you an awful muffin top since it sits so low. Also makes you need the bathroom constantly since it's tight around the bladder. It's too much of a life saver to care that much about any of that though.

Wore it when I did a fundraising walk which took me 6hrs and walked 16 miles. I had hip surgery on both hips nearly 5 years now and never walked long distance before, this support helped me a lot, so I will be wearing this frequently now not just for long walks, the gym also, which I go three times a week.
