DAX Super Gro cream, Clean Scent, 7 Ounce

This Dax Supergro is my favorite hair oil... it's hard to find at stores, but as usual, Amazon came to the rescue... If you like a fresh smelling, light textured, hardened oil (like Crisco), You will love Dax SuperGro... This seller is great too... my jar came sealed in plastic and that's necessary because it can liquefy and cause spillage... This products gives my hair sheen, makes it easy to manage and doesn't weigh my hair down... I use it on my natural hair, on my relaxed hair, wet hair, dry hair and scalp... As for growth: our hair is always growing, therefore I can't credit it for growth, but I can credit it for retaining my hair growth... I have less breakage, less shedding and less split ends... I like to combine it with a moisturizing cream... I moisturize first, then I apply the Dax SuperGro

I really like this product. The smell is amazing and the way it keeps my scalp oiled is truly phenomenal. I just really like how this product makes my scalp feel when I message it in. It is a very good product. It's not heavy, has a wonderful coconut fragrance. It is just an all-around groovy item to have for your healthy scalp regimen & treatment. It has a good absorbency and doesn't leave your scalp feeling weighed down gunked up. I recommend giving this product a try so you can see how it works for yourself...

Great product for healthy hair.

I've been using Dax Supergro for almost 1 month now and already I'm seeing improvement in the edges where my hair is prone to breaking. I use it (as recommended by another reviewer) in combination with Optimum Care Oil Therapy Dry Hair Healer and the improvement is happening faster than expected. I hope over time that despite the swimming and other stressors that the use of these products will help prevent breakage and split ends and that my hair will become fuller and healthier.

Yes I got the order timely and its just what I wanted

This is a Win for me. My hair/scalp don't react well to heavy grease. I remember this from when I was younger and decided to give it a try. I haven't seen it anywhere, except on Amazon. It's lightweight and doesn't feel like it clogs your follicles. A little goes a long way because it contains a lot of oils. As a quick note, because of the oil content, it doesn't get really solid in the container, it stays soft. Please keep this in mind if you're ordering this during the warmer months. Opening the jar the wrong way, could cause it to spill out. It's a great product and smells wonderful.

I like it had a lot of essential oils that my hair needs. However after using the entire jar I didn't see any hair growth at all but my hair is definitely softer

If you're reading this review then you know what this is for. I have thick hair and hate the smell of most hair greases and their thickness because it tends to weigh my hair down. However, this hair product is designed for African American hair, is lightweight (which I love) as it doesn't make your hair feel heavy or your scalp thick and gummy something most people try to stay away from. Works on all hair types that I've seen amongst my self, friends, and family members. The scent is quite pleasant as in very imperceptible. this is a positive if you choose to add maybe a pressing spray over top of it. I've never been one for heavy scented hair oils or greases as depending on how often you wash your hair and how active you are they scent can quickly overpower. In essence completely recommend if you want a light on the hair and light on scent hair product. this used to be sold in Sally's and Walmart now I can only find it on Amazon but definitely worth the purchase.

Amazing. Faster hair growth than ever!!

I have a 50s slickback hairstyle, I have tried almost every product on the shelf with no success, it always either looks too greasy, too dry or goes rock solid, this stuff worked magic into my hair, before i used my hair product, I rubbed a little of this in before hand, it conditioned my hair perfect, after a few minutes i put my hair product in, my hair went perfect, no stray strands of hair, no dandruff, or dry patches, theres no residue either. A little resistant to hairspray though, i do have to spray a bit more on to keep it in place, on the upside, if it snows, it doesn't settle in the hair. The only real issue i found however was having to wash my hair every day or so, including the brushes and combs, it clogs everything after a few days.
