EN Gastrointestinal Dry Dog Food 5kg

My puppy was sick and the vet put her on this food it’s the only food that settled her down . It arrived the next day, great value I will definitely buy from hear again .

Initially I was prescribed these by my vet for our standard daschund who has an irritable stomach. I now purchase from Amazon at a much cheaper price as they seem to keep his condition under control.

It’s a good choice I made for my fussy little eater. He was being fed all different types of dried foods from his previous owners and he didn’t like them. Once I found this and started feeding him this dried food he loves it and always leaves his bowl clean and empty. Would recommend this to other dog owners.

Expensive food but at a competitive price, especially as a GI diet for settling upset tummies and other uses. Works great as intended for me and suitable for young puppies. Seems very palatable - puppy is more than happy to scoff it down and pay attention for it. He'll sniff it out when thrown across the floor, or dropped in the grass, but I haven't noticed any strong smells from it.

Bought this for my 13 year old Labrador who had been having tummy issues (due to stomach cancer). When we swapped to this food, he stopped being sick straight away. He’s now been on it for 4 months, has lost 2kg, has a really shiny coat and seems “brighter”. Would seriously recommend even though it is a little more expensive than other brands

I got this as was advised by my vets that my dog has gastrointestinal problems and needed to switch, my dog loves this food she switched from her other dry food pretty quickly she actually only used to eat a few a day of the old biscuits but she eats many more of these, it’s helped her stomach and and she has stopped being sick, so happy I switched to this food as her health has been a lot better.

Mein Bully, hat chronische Gastritis uvm. (Immer mal wieder Rückfälle) Er ist nun über 2 Jahre alt und hat leider sehr viel Leiden müssen von klein auf. Nach vielen falschen Behandlungen im Welpen Alter hat sich alles lange hingezogen mit vielen Lebensmitteln und Futterumstellungen usw. Nach dem es wirklich so gut wie nichts mehr gibt was er alles bekommen hat und was ausprobiert wurde war dieses Futter ein weiterer Versuch. Monate erbracht er und hatte Durchfälle mit Blut. Fast 2 Monate bekam er nur schonkost in Form von gek. Haferflocken und Leinsamen. Er hat nichts anderes mehr fressen können ohne das es wieder raus kam. Dann fing ich an mit diesem Futter. Hab es am Anfang mit es noch leichter verdaulich ist im Mixer klein zu mixen und mit den Haferflocken zu vermengen. Machte ich einen Monat so 3-5 KLEINE Portionen am Tag. Nach einem Monat stellte ich die Haferflocken / Leinsamen ein und er bekommt mit verschiedenen Zusätzen (Leinöl / ulmenrinde usw. ) dieses Futter. Manchmal auch nur mit bisschen Wasser. Seither hat er große Pausen zwischen seinen Rückfällen. Und es schmeckt ihm. Alles in einem kann ich sagen, es ist leicht verdaulich und er behält es inne. Bestellte es nun das dritte Mal und wir bleiben dabei.

Ich habe dieses Futter gekauft, da meine Hündin einen Magen-Darm Infekt mit blutigem Erbrechen und blutigem Durchfall hatte. Es war ein bisschen ein Risiko, da mir der Tierarzt ein Futter mit hohem Faseranteil (Royal Canin High Fiber) empfohlen hatte - dieses frisst meine Hündin aber nicht. Dieses Futter hier hat zwar nicht explizit einen hohen Faseranteil, dafür wird aber mit der leichten Verdaulichkeit geworben. Und es hat geholfen! Schon der zweite Kotabsatz hat eine Wurstform hervorgebracht, wo vorher nur Blut und Flüssigkeit herauskam. Uns hat es sehr geholfen und ich würde es sofort wieder kaufen wenn nötig. P.S. Die offene Tüte verströmt einen Maisgeruch, ich musste sofort an Maiscracker denken und habe Appetit bekommen. Ich habe sogar ein Pellet gekostet. Das habe ich bei anderem Futter noch nie getan. Ich war dann doch überrascht, wie relativ geschmacklos es im ersten Moment ist; dann macht sich ein deutlicher Geschmack bemerkbar, aber nicht unangenehm. Ich glaube, es spricht für das Futter, wenn auch das Herrchen mal kostet. ;) Naja, also mein Hund frisst es gerne und das ist ja die Hauptsache.
