Writing this review after my 3rd purchase of Innate Women's Probiotics, and I'll tell you upfront that I am super picky when it comes to choosing, buying, & consuming supplements. I've been taking probiotics for decades, far longer than when it became "fashionable" and in the news. I had learned about gut-health and the importance of maintaining a balance back in the 80's when I began taking super blue-green algae. Back then, Acidophilus and Bifidus were consumed as individual/separate probiotics, and advised to take Acid. in the AM, and Bifidus in the PM before bed. When the "science" changed and combined them, I was thrilled, because in the old days they both had to be refrigerated, at least the ones I took did. Fast forward to finding Innate Women's Probiotics ... I like that it contains many strains of CFUs and is targeted to women's health. Also that the caps are easy to swallow, have a neat un-coating, which not only has no taste, but also is easily distinguished from the scads of other supplements I take daily! This might sound silly and incidental, but, since I take the probiotic 1st thing in the morning, separate from others and right before food, it's meaningful to me. Another big plus is the product does not require refrigeration. The price is affordable and I feel good taking it, knowing that my gut health is being properly supported, especially for my female needs! I hope this review is helpful. Ever since last year I've been dealing with chronic gastritis due to stress.. yes stress.. and no shock I got super stressed a couple months ago.. (pandemic) and was getting no relief from ANY product I've tried and just felt bloated all the time and unwell. Well, a couple weeks ago I stumbled on this one and I like the cranberry extract to help with the bladder as well and only 3 days in I felt about 90% better compared to my 30-40% every day. By the 5th day I was totally fine, eating normally, using the restroom normally and felt WAY better. As a test I went off it for 3 days and started getting symptoms again so I'll be sticking to this for a while just to help my digestive health. As someone who has a family history of Chron's, has dealt with mild IBS her entire life, and now has chronic stress-induced gastritis this is a godsend. I’ve been on it over a month now and aside from the stray digestive cramp I am now the most regular and healthy gut wise I’ve ever been. I have noticed instead of the “normal scent” from down there it is a much more pleasant light scent from my lady parts.

I will be ordering my 3rd bottle today. I really like these and have noticed a significant change in my vaginal health. Some years ago I noticed that around my ovulation time I would have some spotting. When I asked my gynecologist she said for some women it was normal, and she put me on birth control pills to try to regulate it. I had a bad reaction to the pills so I stopped taking them. Over the years it would happen once or twice but it wasn’t concerning. Fast forward to the end of last year and the top of this year it started again. It seemed with every ovulation cycle I would bleed. I was also at my heaviest weight so I thought that may have something to do with it. I was also having some itching down there so I was definitely concerned. I decided to start trying to lose some weight and I knew I needed a probiotic. I happened across these pills and decided to give them a chance. By my next period, my normal symptoms had disappeared. By my next ovulation cycle, no spotting. The itching had stopped and overall I just felt better down there. I have lost 25lbs since and these probiotics have become an important staple in my weight loss journey. I highly recommend them.

My wife likes this probiotic because it is a good product for a better price than some others offer. When stomach pain arises due to lack of good bacteria in the system, this probiotic is very helpful in settling the stomach and restoring a healthy balance of bacteria.

My wife has been taking them and this is her review: Have been taking these for 6+ months and I've noticed my digestive system imptove more than I thought was going to happen, I feel like these are helping my immune system strengthen which I love, especially with the coronovirus right now I feel like it is keeping my body healthy and strong, and also love that it has cranberry extract to help with the female side of things because everyone can use a little help in that department sometimes. I started out with 1 a day to get my body used to them and then took 2 a day as recommended and I havent had any issues with them. They are pretty easy to swallow and have no flavor. I will continue to buy them to help my body stay healthy.

I've been using this probiotic for almost a year at this point and I haven't been disappointed yet. I researched probiotics before buying this particular brand as I was looking for a sort of preventative measure for infections that can be linked to having a copper IUD. After having to take an antibiotic that was super strong and terrible for my liver, I was looking for a more natural solution that would possibly be able to prevent infections from occurring in the first place, and this product has been a god-send for me. If haven't had any further occurrences and I believe that is due to the variance of bacterial strains in this probiotic. After researching which strains were beneficial to women, I found this brand to contain what I needed at a relatively good price. I'm very happy I found this product and will continue taking them as long as they're available. :)

I researched over 60 different probiotics looking for all of these specific strains. Without having to add a this one and a this one for a complete. Also Most are not aware that there is a list of histamine increasing probiotics that are in several brands. As well as histamine DECREASING probiotics. Which mind you that can create havoc by also increasing inflammation such as stuffy nose and such. They are not bad by no means and have their place. But in some there are more histamine increasing probiotics in the mix which cause me issues. This only has 3. Therefore it did me well in many areas. Clearing up bloating, being more regular, took down intestinal inflammation, cleared up minor discharge my skin is looking better. Very well created balanced probiotic. If you have SIBO small intestinal bacteria Overgrowth. This is the one for you and then up the plantarum and gasseri singles to this to knock out and down the bad bacteria quickly! I was turning around in 5 days flat. But I was double dosing morning and nite for the 1st 2 weeks. That SIBO is really terrible when it sets in. Causes all sorts of health issues.

It’s gave me stomach cramps the first week or so at first I started to stop taking them cause of it but I continued taking them cause they kept me regular before I started taking I was always constipated but since I’ve been taking these I go every morning like clock work my belly is shrinking and I’ve lost 5 pounds so far. Also I have large fibroids and cysts and bad menstrual cramps sometimes I would cramp for weeks before my menstrual i was constantly in pain I’ve been going to the my OBGYN to see if they could removed them but since I’ve been taking this product I’ve noticed I don’t have any pain I’m not cramping weeks before my menstrual anymore it’s so good that I am going to see my OB/GYN this week to inform her of this product that has been helping me feel better no more fibroids and cysts pain.
