Wanted a deeper quiche tin than I already had and this did not disappoint. Quiche turned out from the tin well with no sticking.

like how deep this flan tin is and pastry does not stick to it the only little problem is the edge is sharp so pastry won't hang over the edge it slices any excess off, which I like leaving on till cooked before trimming to get a perfect edge, so pastry slips down during baking

I thought this was just the job, deep, easy to remove. Arrived in good time

Used it twice and seems great, tarts came out easily. Very happy so far

Seit ein paar Monaten sind wir auf Pies gekommen und mit dieser Form gelingen diese einwandfrei. Die Form läßt sich einfach reinigen und ist auch einfach in der Handhabung. Der eingelegte Boden macht die Entnahme es Pie super einfach.
