The top label is somewhat misleading: It hides the bottom one, the one that clearly states that the pulse oximeter is made in China, not Germany. However, this is not a deal breaker for me. Rather I found the autorotate feature very irritating. Also, there is no battery indicator, no perfusion index, and the graph is quite unstable.

Battery's are not included. Jest now I received the item but there is no battery in it. Product is good but false information is given in specification.
