They are very crunchy and super good! The straws were fresh, sturdy and weren't overly broken. I couldn't taste any vegetable flavor or any salt. There is about 140 calories in 28 straws with sodium at 70 mg per serving. The seasoning is a cinnamon sweet but not overly sugary tasting sweet. The bag is now empty and I'll definately buy this variety of Veggie Straws again in the near future as a healthy sweet snack.
