I just with there were more color options but with this same sturdy and toughness! My son is 18 years old and has cerebral palsy. He grinds his teeth something awful! As he grew out of the orange Ps & Qs that became Ds and Os, I knew he needed something stronger. The XXT (blue colors) holds up extremely well. The company even has a P which is probably his favorite, since the loop is easy to grip with his adult sized hands and the bottom part is still long enough and strong enough to help him focus on chewing and not simply grinding his teeth. I think this company mentions hand washing this product, but I have always put them on the top rack in the dishwasher and had fine results.
