I don't find anywhere on the container that it says they are either raw or heated. **Q: Amazon Seller is this packed in a plastic bottle, the photo looks like they are packed in a cellaphane package and not packed in a plastic bottle?** A: I bought ground cloves, which come in a bottle. I don't know about the whole cloves.
