I bought this product in a gallon jug for use in a fogger as well as a 32 oz spray bottle of Mold Armor 2x instant mold removal. I will compare them. The Concrobium had no nasty fumes. (On the other hand I thought I was going to pass out using the Mold Armor. For the Concrobium I needed no protective gear although I did use a mask. For the mold armor I had on latex gloves, a mask and goggles. So for smell and ease of use the Concrobium wins hands down. Here is my dilemma however, between the 2 products. There was no "wondering" if the Mold Armor worked. It did a great job on porous surfaces (wood and untreated cinder block) as the mold stain literally disappeared. The Concrobium? I don't know. It certainly smells a lot better in the basement. All the mold mildew and harsh Mold Armor chemical smell is gone completely but does that mean the mold was killed?
