It squishes everything down well but it doesn't help keep things in place so my bits move around and mush against my ribs. I'll adjust but it happens again 5 minutes after adjusting. Gets sweaty and just very uncomfortable.It rides up my abdomen, too. The material is smooth but it's very slippery against skin. it's a long length so it can be tucked in but it will quickly untuck and move upwards to my waist. Basically I've had gyno since I was a teenager and at times people have been merciless. I've gotten far more comfortable in my own skin, but some clothes just don't fit the way they should/could. I bought this because I have jackets, button ups, sweaters, etc that I know I could look far better in if I didn't have the moobs. This product fixed just that! I highly recommend this product and I'm actually going to buy two more as soon as I finish this review. I added the pictures because the ones here just don't do the shirt justice in my opinion. It really works and it works well. If you're on the fence, I say try it. It comes in a resealable package for an easy return if you're not satisfied. You've got nothing to lose!P.S. I'm 6ft even and around 195 pounds. I purchased the large, and while it works, it's just too big and too long for my preference.
