I have played a few of the songs and did OK. I have never had a formal lesson, and am self-taught. But in my opinion, everyone who learns piano should have sheet music from various genres in their sheet music library. Classical music like this was pretty much why pianos were invented. They go hand in hand, so I'm pretty pleased with this sheet music. Some of the songs are abridged though, but if you are just starting out, this should not bother you too much. It will be an opportunity to learn the basic structure of the classical music pieces anyway, and you can always add more complicated pieces later as you improve.
