I have replaced all the rubber backs of my National Parks and Disney pins and they work great! **Q: Does product have the pin and clutch?** A: This product is only the back and fits on a pin. Not really sure what a clutch is but like I said this is only the backing. I bought them to fit on the back of some national park and Disney pins that only come with rubber backs.
