Old packaging does not have labeling for fair trade - new packaging has. **Q: How much water is recommended for a serving at a fairly conventional strength cup? The instructions aren't explicit about this.** A: I use one packet per cup regular strength. This is my favorite coffee. I began using Mount Hagen regular coffee and threw out my coffee maker. Even my hard core coffee drinking friends liked it. However, I can no longer have caffeine and decaf Mount Hagen is just as delicious, smooth and not bitter....just no buzz. Love the packets because they are easy to travel with. **Q: What is the expiration date on these single packets please?** A: I can't answer this as I have not ordered this coffee but once which was more than a year ago. I have not ordered any more as the price increased.....
