Review: A Must for Everyone!!! - This stuff is great! I'm in my late 30s and don't have too many issues. But I have suffered from GERD for a couple years, nothing has worked to rid it. I refuse to take precription drugs. I have minor joint pain, RA runs high in my family. And I wanted to help my hair and nails. My mom has been taking this for awhile now, she has RA and says it really helps. So I read about the benefits from taking MSM and decided to try it. It is really bitter, but my mom told me to buy Cinnamon Bark EO and add 4 drops to the MSM water mixture, it really helps get it down. All you taste at the very end is the Cinnamon. I take 1 Tbsp a day mix it in a small amount of water add 4 drops of the Cinnamon Bark EO and guzzle it fast. I have been taking this for a few months now. And can honestly say my GERD is gone, my nails and hair are looking great and it helps with joint pain. At first I was getting severe headaches after taking it but after doing research and talking to my mom I learned to take a high dose of Ester-C with it. It stopped the headaches, in fact if I forget to take my Ester-C along with the MSM I will get a headache. I highly recommend taking this form of Vitamin C along with the MSM. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product but with some side effects for me

I have been using this product for more than 5 years. I am 66 and still very active physically. I take between 2 and 3 grams most days in the morning, usually mixed in a vita water. The MSM very significantly diminishes my joint pain and consequently makes it much easier to work out hard when cycling, golfing, or playing Pickleball. It even helps minimize my sciatic pain. The biggest downside is that MSM affects my sleeping. When I am taking MSM I find it more difficult to fall asleep, (especially if I try to nap in the afternoon), and the sleep is less restful. The more MSM that I take, the worse this side effect becomes. The sleep issue is what forces me to never take more than 2-3 grams per day and to take it as early in the morning as possible. However, the half-life of MSM is fairly long, so taking it in the morning helps but doesn't completely eliminate the issue. The second issue is that the MSM seems to aggravate my neuropathic pain. I have moderate neuropathy in both feet which causes them to burn when laying in bed trying to sleep. It seems like the burning is worse on days when I have taken MSM. However, it could be that I tend to get a lot more exercise on days when I take MSM, and that could be causing the heightened neuropathic pain. In spite of these side effects I continue to take MSM as the improvement in the way that I feel when taking it far overweigh the side effects.
