It's a great climbing rock for my adult bearded dragon. I had to wash off the rock first due to there being some dust still on it (from the material it's made of.) Once I rinsed it off, it was smooth and good to go. The magnet are STRONG and my boy is chonky and the rock is staying in place perfectly!! This is a great buy for a great price. I was really worried about using magnets on glass, but there is a kind of "sticky" surface on the removable magnets and the magnet areas on the back of the ledge that softens it a bit, and it also makes it so that the ledges don't slide around. They are EASILY big enough for my adult beardie and he already loves climbing on them. They are actually bigger than I was expecting. They are made of foam that is shaped and painted so they feel a little flimsy to hold, but they are sturdy and firm on the glass. No regrets!(Please don't judge my setup! He chose it over an actual flat basking rock. He likes that he can hold onto it easily as it's a very dense foam, but his claws haven't damaged it at all. They are pretty sturdy but if you feel paranoid just use something else in your tank to give it a little more support at the bottom. They are easy to clean but I do have to take it out and let it run under hot water for a minute to get the stink out. But it does clean up well!My dragon is only four or five months old right now but the large size is perfect for an adult bearded dragon to be comfortable on. The Mojave color is really pretty and they also look pretty cool in his tank so that's a plus. They're great for adding usable space to your tank, increasing the surface area for your pet.
