Stuff happens, no big deal. We sent a message just in case, expecting to wait a while for a reply or never hear back. The company responded to our message within a couple hours and shipped a stand that came two days later. Thanks so much y'all!The kit itself is excellent. The stand, shell, and turkey feather are all just the right size and look great. Great value to get an complete kit plus 5 smudging sticks, compared to some other options out there (there are bundles of just 3 sticks that cost more). Most importantly, the sticks smell amazing! We love the rose and especially lavender added into the sage. Have only burned sage so far but the palo santo also smells amazing on opening the package. Its very pretty though.The shell was sort of chipped on the end but no biggie... also looks like it may burn through easily. I took a photo of it after I lit sage on it just one time and you can see the burn Mark's in it.The rose petals and lavender are so dry I didnt smell them at all... but again, no biggie for me.The stand seems sturdy, the feather is probably not an actual turkey feather, not sure if these are actual mineral Crystals or manufactured square marbles... over all I like what I got for the price but most of it seems to be just for aesthetics/display and not for actual reike use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Happy with my purchased. I'm very disappointed with the packaging , those items were all gathered and packed in a plastic bag no box , nothing.. Like a lose packaging.. Totally not recommended if you were buying this as a gift cos there's no box anything like that.. , I only received rose sage and regular sage ( which supposed to be lavender sage) also the feather is so small and pathetic like the feather from my feather duster( feather is my only complaint). All in all , I think this is a great value and highly recommend for a beginner like myself being a newbie.
