Excellent value
Price per oz. is on the lower side of premium paste, but the flavor punches well above that. We have used it to make yogurt, in our baking and everything in between, and like it better than another "premium" paste that we paid way too much for in the past (and had no complaints about). This is now our go-to

Not as good as it once was.
This is my 3rd or 4th large container (39.00) and i buy lots of vanillas -this is normally a 5 star but after the first time I bought it has been in plastic (which is ok, by itself) but it seems the quality has deteriorated some. It seems diluted not as much vanilla flecking throughout as before and definitely not as much flavor…. I have to use a whole lot more of it, like 3 tablespoons instead of a teaspoon to flavor sufficiently. So next time I will try another product, since this $40 investment just doesn’t work for me to continue to purchase. I may find out that vanilla across the board has deteriorated in quality because of agricultural reasons; that is why I’m giving this a four star rating and not a three. And because historically it has been a 5 star product.

Chocolate chip cookies like the bakery!
This is my 2nd time buying this vanilla bean paste. It is the perfect thickness! It is clearly very high quality. It makes our chocolate chip cookies go to the next level. It bakes perfectly and the aroma is out of this world. The vanilla effectiveness is so delicious!! Highly recommend!
