I hate giving low stars but I want to prevent someone from going through the issues I went through with seller MONAGIFTS.As pictured, the "Elegant voile sheer panel pink" is a wonderful color, very sheer so you may want to buy extras to make it able to bunch up more and give a bit more privacy with still allowing light. Totally worth buying them. They give a wonderful warm glow to the room, when sunlight flows through. But it isn't overwhelmingly pink. It arrives in packaging with the same picture that is on Amazon.Ok, so I needed 4 extra of the product as advertised/pictured on Amazon after loving my first order. I purchased my second order in March 2014 from Monagifts.*It arrived in a small envelope where the 4 curtains were so squished they had to tape all around the whole envelope to keep it from bursting. I opened it up to find 4 pink curtains that were not the ones I pictured on Amazon.*The packaging was much cheaper in quality, the picture was different, and instead of being a nice light pink these were a grayish pink. I wouldn't even call it "dusty rose" as that would be prettier than what I received.*PLUS they were FILTHY. There were multiple black/gray smears and very dusty. Maybe used? I do not know.I contacted Monagifts saying I wanted the product that is pictured on Amazon. They offered to have me return for reimbursement or send 4 extra curtains. I knew that due to how they packaged it, the envelope was destroyed to just get it open so it would be necessary to purchase a new envelope to return. After all the false advertising and terrible customer service I do not want to spend any money to return!Their vague wording was so vague and mixed up that it was hard to determine if the product I received was a mistake, or if they were falsely advertising their product. I had to send multiple messages asking in different ways would I receive the product that is pictured on Amazon or not. The responses where that they have sold the same product for 2 years, but never clarifying whether or not I would get the correct item. Their tone changed once I stated to them that the order I placed with them was my second order. Oh then they immediately turned it to being my fault. That there are multiple sellers for this item. It was made to be my fault NOT theirs for FALSE ADVERTISING! If I buy the product and get exactly as pictured and return seeing the same picture, regardless of seller I expect to get what is pictured!For the sake of argument even IF it had been my first order, I would've been disappointed with the difference in color! Furthermore I'd be upset with how dirty they are! Also, if they are so deceptive with their advertising of their product who knows if I'd actually get a refund after returning it? Plus, with all their side stepping my questions I am now past the return time. They are true to size and both panels are the same size. The fabric is very thin. They are of a very light gray, the image on the product site looks darker than the curtains are in real life. They are also completely sheer, not half opaque as the picture might lead one to believe. They will provide no blocking of light or obstruction of view at all!They are hemmed across the top and bottom only and cut along the sides. On one of the two panels, the stitching on top isn't perfect (thus the 4 star rating) which causes the fabric to be a bit ruffled but that does not bother me, since I am not pulling the curtains out to their full width, so the imperfection is not visible.Considering the price, a good bargain for what I wanted! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Elegant Voile Sheer Panel Black - 55X90 *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on July 22, 2013* Finding a sheer in to length, color, price and looks had been an on-going challenge for some time. I use the sheer panels on my screened in porch and the ones I already had up really needed to be replaced. My porch has an octagon design on one side and rectangular on the other so I needed at least 11 panels to place at each corner which can become costly. When I found these sheers on Amazon at the right length I didn't hesitate to place an order. When the panels arrived I was extremely happy with the look and quality of these sheers. I know not everyone hangs black sheers on their porch but I gotta tell ya, if you have the color black in your rugs and cushions, the black adds a touch of elegance while still being frugal.
