Been using for a few months now. Don't expect boat vibrating bass but sound quality is excellent throught the volume range. Has RCA plugs if you want to add an amp but I prefer to keep things simple. Bluetooth is a big plus and hookup was a breeze. Best part is the face is waterproof so no cover to open or close or remote to loose in a rocking boat to adjust the volume or station. Just hose off at the end of the day to get the fish slime off. Unit gets hot when in use. Have a feeling it will outlast my marine stereos I've purchased in the past most last a year or less. Mine is paired with some JBL speakers mounted on the side of my center console. They sound nice. Now I just pair the Blue thing with my cell and listen to the Blues on my Amazon playlist. Somebody mentioned that it gets hot but I would call it warm as what you are touching is the heat-sink for the amplifier. A watt is a watt is a watt. I don't see it as a problem.
