## Description

In an unforgettably catchy bedtime adventure, singer-songwriter Eric Litwin -- author of the first three mega-bestselling Pete the Cat books -- invites readers to chime in and join the nutty, pun-filled fun, with a downloadable song available! It's bedtime at the Nut House, but little Wally and Hazel Nut aren't ready to go to sleep. "We're Nuts! We're Nuts! We're Nuts!" Why go to bed when you could be singing and howling at the moon? But Mama Nut insists... "All little Nuts need to go up to bed!" Who will win this bedtime tug-of-war? Readers can listen to and/or download Litwin's bluesy spoken-sung performance of the book and additional songs at www.TheNutFamily.com. Don't miss the other hilarious read-along, sing-along books about the Nut Family! Sing and Dance in Your Polka-Dot Pants The Nuts Keep Rolling!

Review: a funny little book! - Ordered this as a gift for my neighbor's child; 5 yrs old. It is adorable!! Great story, characters and illustrations.
Review: Fun! Great bedtime modeling. Just plain fun! - Addictive, easy participation story! Our 2 yr old grandchild started off simply joining in with "go nuts!" and now retells whole portions of the story. One of the most-requested books, not just at bedtime. Go to the website and download the free songs. So much literacy learning and FUN going on!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dad disappears, but otherwise a fun read/sing!
*by K***R on November 9, 2018*

Fun repetition and a singable quality common to Eric Litwin books. A great add-on if you've collected Groovy Joe and/or early Pete the Cat. Got a chuckle once I noticed how dad just snoozes on the couch and isn't seen again. Give a listen to the Eric Litwin recording after you've read through a few times to compare your singing style to the "official" version. (My wife and I each went in different and unique voices, which is a fun result to observe) Not that I've tried, but definitely a big book with big clear print which can be read very fast, making it a great choice for early readers with a short attention span.
