A: I don’t think it is meant to be outside. I would be afraid it would fade. It is sturdy.

A: 3-1/4" tall

A: On the bottom is a sticker that says handmade in China

**Q: good for outside?**
A: This is a mini size figurine. Before any item is put outside, it must be coated for exposure to outside elements. Moisture can ruin your item over time even if it is coated. Check with your local Home Improvement store for further assistance.  Just remember, exposure to all kinds of weather, over time will have an effect on any item, even if it is weather proof.
