A: I'm not sure. It may pull on it or tear it, in my opinion.  Sorry, it asked me to help & I'm not sure. Hope you find out!

**Q: How big are the jump rings?**
A: If your asking about the ring that connects to an item, it's about 1/4 inch diameter.

**Q: How big of a hole is needed for the small ring?**
A: The open ring is pretty thin- I'd say a 16th of an inch if you used a drill bit. I was making "shrinky dinks" and used a regular hole punch and when it shrunk down the ring fit just fine. They are key rings, so as small or smaller than any holes on a key.

**Q: what size is the small ring that connects to the piece being hung on it ?**
A: Approximately 1/4 inch in diameter.
