The package had been opened and then the pieces were not put back in securely. Several pieces were chipped and broken.

Second purchase of this teaset and came today all messed and again items broke.. Very dissapointed.What do I have to do to get a nice tea set like this that isnt broke.

We bought it for our 3-year-old's 3rd birthday. Amazingly, she has not broken any of it yet, and she is pretty rough on everything! We tried to get it at IKEA for Christmas, but it was sold out in the store. She loves it!
