I don't blame the seller for this issue, and Amazon support was able to help me resolve the issue. I will say my parents ordered some of these pillows, and they are the most comfortable pillows EVER. they're so soft and fluffy, but firm enough to wear you don't sink at all. They provide enough height for a side sleeper, and when the insert is removed it's so comfortable to lay on my stomach. The cooling side is COLD! It never gets warm!!!
