That first review was not a good one because the first bag completely fell apart at the seams. I had explained in that review that my son was in 2nd grade at the time, and that means, his bookbag was not filled with much. I contacted Amazon about it, and they sent him another one. I updated that review a bit and now, I am adding another one since I am given that opportunity. My son has been using the replacement bag the latter half of second grade and now, 4 months in to 3rd grade. And it is going well. No problems. Great storage, and knowing I will get great replacement service from Amazon is wonderful. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Same zipper problem as everyone else *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on September 3, 2013* I read the reviews about the bad zippers but bought this anyway because it was so cheap. I figured if we made it through a school year we'd have our money's worth, and my 7 year old would likely be begging for a Seahawks one next year or something else anyway. The material is really sturdy and nice and the design and applique are high quality. They just missed the boat on the zippers, which is a shame. I have had to replace the pull on the main one (after less than 2 weeks of school) and I imagine I will end up having to replace the entire zipper before school is out, or maybe before the semester is out. I hope the company takes note and changes the zippers. It looked great, seemed to be perfect. After about a month of use the string off the zipper came off. That was an easy fix. Then a few weeks later the zipper toggle came off. Again, not a bad fix....until the zipper finally broke completely. The backpack was used for less than two months...didn't even make it to the winter season that would have been a much heavier load. I hate to give negative reviews, but this was a money waster. The price was very good and maybe that should have been my first clue, but I get a lot of great deals from amazon on very well made products, so that usually doesn't deter me.
