I am trying to cut down on waste, especially with disposable products that I use every day. I am an Esthetician and go through cotton rounds like no other. I was worried that they would stain too easily and not clean well enough to be safe for reusable use on different people. But let 👏🏼 me 👏🏼tell 👏🏼you!!! I tested these on myself after oil cleansing a whole face of makeup, and not only did they remove all of my makeup and oil, when I ran them under the water to rinse off excess so I could go over my face again, they rinsed COMPLETELY clean! They absorbed everything and released it all in water. They were soft and gentle on the skin but thick enough to get it all and leave your skin clean and dry but not stripped like disposable cotton does. Then, because they rinsed so easily under water, I just put them in the bag they came in and threw them in the washer to thoroughly clean and disinfect. I just bought more for my treatment room. I am so so so happy with these. So worth the investment, especially for personal use. These are far better! They don’t absorb nearly as much, and they still do a great job. They have different textures on each side, which I think of as terrycloth and velvet. The terrycloth side feels a bit exfoliating but is still soft and gentle (my skin gets irritated easily, but these don’t bother it). The velvet side is just super soft.I’ve bought 2 sets, and they came with different size laundry bags. The bag that came with the more recent set was larger, so I hope they stick with that size - the first one wasn’t big enough to wash them in.Overall, I’m very happy with these!
