You won't get the same result as when you change EMG pickups from 9v to 18v. The Fishman pickups require a lot more "juice" that other active pickups. Highly recommend!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Careful buying used from Warehouse *by T***S on May 27, 2022* I purchased one of these used from the warehouse in "Very Good" condition. description indicated damage to the packaging. When I received it, there was no battery or cable. I received the charger, and the wall wart, and that's it. Apparently, somebody purchased it, took out the battery and cable, and returned it. Amazon didn't verify that all of the contents were there, and resold it. Without the battery, it's useless. I did work with CS to get it taken care of, and purchased just the battery elsewhere.
