Can see package dims + product length, but not thickness.** A: I don't know what an typical bathroom towel rail is but the duster is about 1in - maybe 1.5in thick once fluffed up but the the part the duster fits onto is fairly thin so could probably work. I tried to use it behind my radiators but kept catching on the rough edges. **Q: Can the duster part be removed to push in the wash?** A: Yes it does.
