**Q: Does this give you any more analysis than wearing a HR Fitbit/activity tracker round your wrist - is this an alternative or in addition to?**
A: Hi i use this in addition to my withings watch which has a basic sleep function. It gives you a measurement of the length and type of sleep  - light, deep, REM sleep - it measure you heartbeat and average heartbeat and specifically it measure any episodes of sleep apnoea on a medically approved basis and gives you a rate per hour. as an over-weight middle-aged man with high blood pressure this has been really reassuring especially as I have been able to see my apnoea fall as I have lost weight thus helping me avoid the use of a night-time air-pressure device which is like trying to sleep in a snorkelling mask. It also "listens" for snoring and tells you how much time is involved. It doesn't measure "annoying breathing" (!) which can still cause your partner to want to "put a pillow over your face " - apparently.

**Q: Do you still do the 30 returns no questions asked when it’s brought through amazon and not your site**
A: No

**Q: If the phone is off during the night, will it automatically sync with the phone when switched on having already got out the bed**
A: As long as your phone and Sleep Analyzer are connected to your Wi-Fi network after you wake up, your sleep data should sync automatically.

**Q: I am like the princess and the pea... Can you feel this at all under matteresses or toppers?**
A: Yes, it is possible. Alternatively, if you feel the Sleep Analyzer when lying in your bed, you can place it between the mattress and bed frame. I have been diagnosed with and being treated for sleep apnea because of this monitorI have zero faith in my gp so felt the need to justify my concerns of sleep apnea and present evidence to him. I bought this monitor and after a few weeks of results... each nights result was the same - severe sleep apnea and poor sleep I went to battle the gp...The gp scared me some by trusting the monitor and/or me and refered me to the hospital and the result of the hospital sleep studies is that I have been diagnosed as having severe sleep apnea and need to be using a cpap machine every night.So thank you Withings Sleep Analyzer you did me an amazing thing!

The Withings Sleep Analyser has been a fantastic addition to my setup. Setup was genuinely easy and painless, and it immediately solved my biggest issue with sleep tracking: I hate wearing a watch to bed. Having something completely passive under the mattress is exactly what I wanted.Syncing has been rock solid for me. It integrates smoothly with Apple Health and also works perfectly with the RISE app. I’d seen some older complaints about syncing problems, but whatever those issues were, they seem fully resolved now. I haven’t had a single hiccup.I ended up subscribing to Withings+ and even picked up a Withings smart scale afterward, which says a lot about how happy I am with the ecosystem overall. Everything ties together nicely and feels well thought out.One underrated benefit is that it’s always plugged in. No charging, no battery anxiety, no remembering to put it on. The cable is long enough to reach comfortably, which made placement easy.Bonus points for power users: even though it’s not advertised, it can sync with Home Assistant via the Withings integration. I’ve set up automations that turn off the lights when I get into bed and disable alarms on my smart speaker once I’m already awake. That alone feels futuristic and incredibly satisfying. Making the product even more worth it!I lowkey wish it would be able to detect when I am just sitting on bed and reading for example instead of logging every event in bed as Attempt to sleep. But I understand the mat can’t tell that I am not trying to fall asleep 😂 other than that it seems pretty accurate. First few nights I wore my watch to confirm the data was correctly recorded.Reliable, low effort, and smart in all the right ways. Loving it.

I have two, for my partner and me.With Health Mate app, it’s also easy to create different sub accounts and have sepparate monitoring.I feel the sleep apnea monitoring is working well as reports match my phone sleep app.I had few instances where I had to reinstal the device and that was a torture. Removing and adding the device is simple but having that device working again as intended was a pain. The app and website user instructions need an update to refelct hardware changes as LED light alerts do not corespond to manuals.
