I contacted them again and said this was not the mattress I originally ordered, that mine was innerspring and foam hybrid. They said, we don't make that anymore. How do you buy a steak and eggs mattress and when it fails, they try to replace this with just eggs? Plus, looking this up, they are charging 2000 dollars more for this junk, than when I bought it three years ago. They executives in their NYC offices must have gotten excellent bonuses, despite their customer service being in India.Orginal: Mattress sagged after two years. Causing me and my partner horrible back pain. Been trying for several months to get a replacement.
