We've been using hot water to clean it and it has stood the test. I would say that the pressure of the jet, if the tiles are not properly fixed, could possibly lift them up. **Q: Could you put a hot tub on these ?** A: I can't see why not depending on the size of the hot tub. **Q: Can you put on grass?** A: I don't see any reason why not.
