These ¾-length ergonomic heel lifts provide an adjustable 1.8-inch increase, making them a versatile option for those who want a natural elevation effect. Pros 1. Effective Height Boost •. The insole delivers on its core promise: adding up to 1.8 inches of height. The increase is noticeable but not exaggerated, making it ideal for both casual and professional settings where a natural lift is preferred. 2. Ergonomic & Comfortable Design • ¾-Length Fit: Unlike full-length insoles, these do not overcrowd the toe box, making them suitable for a wide variety of shoe types, including dress shoes, sneakers, and boots. • Cushioned Support: The material provides adequate shock absorption, which helps in reducing pressure on the heels during prolonged use. • Breathability: The insole is designed with ventilation holes, reducing excessive sweating and discomfort. 3. Adjustable & Versatile • The insole offers an adjustable height option, meaning users can fine-tune their lift for different occasions. • Works well with most lace-up shoes, ensuring stability and security. 4. Discreet & Secure Fit • The black color and sleek design allow for discreet use. • The insole remains firmly in place without sliding, especially in properly fitted shoes. Cons 1. Limited Shoe Compatibility • While versatile, low-profile shoes like loafers or slip-ons may not accommodate the extra height, causing heel slippage. • Tighter-fitting shoes may feel cramped, especially for those with wide feet. 2. Adjustment Period Required • If you are new to height-increasing insoles, it may take some time to adjust to the altered foot positioning. • The shift in foot posture can cause mild discomfort or instability initially, particularly during long walks. 3. Arch Support Could Be Better • While comfortable, the insole lacks significant arch support, making it less ideal for individuals with flat feet or those requiring orthopedic support. • Long-term use may cause strain if the shoe itself does not provide good support. 4. Slight Heel Pressure Over Time • Due to the elevation, some users may experience increased pressure on the heel, especially in shoes with firm midsoles. • Those who stand for extended periods may need extra cushioning or a break-in period to adjust. Review: They can break if you run in them ! I - Yes they are very good use in regular shoes too ## Features - ✔Customizable 1.8-Inch Altitude Boost: Features a versatile 2-layer design that allows you to control your height. Use the main elevator insole for a 1.4" lift, or click in the extra pad for a maximum 1.8" height increase to boost your stature instantly. - ✔Smart 3/4 Length Unisex Design: Engineered to fit a wide variety of footwear without crowding the toes. This 3/4 length insert leaves the toe box free, ensuring a comfortable fit in men’s boots, women’s high-tops, and unisex casual shoes. - ✔Universal Fit (Men & Women): Truly One Size Fits All for US Men (sizes 6-12) and US Women (sizes 7-13). The anatomical heel cup cradles the foot securely, making it an ideal solution for leg length discrepancy or simply adding height for events. - ✔Breathable Ergonomic Support: Built with a solid injection-molded EVA base covered in anti-sweat mesh. These cushion risers provide essential arch support and shock absorption, reducing fatigue whether you're at the office or on the dance floor. - ✔Invisible & Discreet Lift: Completely undetectable inside your footwear. These hidden heel lifts give you a confidence boost without the bulk of platform shoes. Tip: For best results, we recommend a gradual "break-in" period to let your feet adjust to the new incline. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0817944FX | | Arch Type | Medium Arch | | Best Sellers Rank | #80,941 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #697 in Shoe Insoles | | Brand | CALTO | | Brand Name | CALTO | | Color | Black | | Corrective Support | True | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 out of 5 stars 778 Reviews | | Insole Type | Height Increase Insole | | Item Dimensions | 7 x 3 x 2 inches | | Item Form | Pad | | Manufacturer | CALTO | | Material | Mesh | | Material Type | Mesh | | Model Name | IK308 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Height Increase | | Product Benefits | Arch Support, Height Increase | | Recommended Uses For Product | Boot, Shoe | | Shoe Width | MEDIUM | | Size | One Size | | Target Use Body Part | Foot | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Use for | Foot | ## Product Details - **Brand:** CALTO - **Color:** Black - **Material:** Mesh - **Product Benefits:** Arch Support, Height Increase - **Use for:** Foot ## Images ![IK308 - Adjustable Ergonomic Elevator Shoe Heel Lifts - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81QCIngv2-L.jpg) ![IK308 - Adjustable Ergonomic Elevator Shoe Heel Lifts - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71sSQ5TjFeL.jpg) ![IK308 - Adjustable Ergonomic Elevator Shoe Heel Lifts - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/7102+UHhuHL.jpg) ![IK308 - Adjustable Ergonomic Elevator Shoe Heel Lifts - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61gAzi4dbPL.jpg) ![IK308 - Adjustable Ergonomic Elevator Shoe Heel Lifts - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71CLGOcVtSL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Do these work with low top sneakers?** A: It all depends on the back of the shoe. My husband wears this with every shoe due to a shortage on his left side due to a hip surgery. They work perfectly fine in high or low top . Just make sure the back part of the shoe is a little higher so that depending on your height, ur heel is not slipping out. **Q: Are these adjustable so that you can decrease the height as your ankle stretches out?** A: The main insoles and the bottom piece which can be removed for lower height. It is adjustable for height increase or decrease only. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Affordable Ergonomic and Adjustable Heel Lifts *by L***I on February 8, 2025* The CALTO Premium Height Increase Insole (IK308 Black) is designed for individuals looking to discreetly add extra height while maintaining comfort and support. I *by J***R on November 20, 2025* Yes they are very good use in regular shoes too ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Needs to be offered in grey and tan options too! *by R***S on August 4, 2026* Great item to comfortably restore your natural height with advancement of age and associated poor posture. But also great for Shorties. I only removed one Star because the company refuses to offer the same exact item in grey or tan for using in different colored footwear! Calto, are you listening? You could be making lots more money! (You can thank me later.) ## Frequently Bought Together - CALTO Premium Height Increase Insole - Ergonomic Heel Lifts for Elevator Shoe Increasing Effect - 3/4 Length Insole - Adjustable 1.8 Inch Taller - IK308 Black - Height Increase Insoles Air Cushion Taller Shoes Insoles Heel Insert for Men and Women by ERGOfoot - 6FT Original Advanced Height Increase Insoles 2.36 Inches (6CM) 3 Layer Air Cushion Comfort Support Discreet Elevation Enhancer Boost Shoe Lifts Taller All Day --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.uy/products/190207406-ik308-adjustable-ergonomic-elevator-shoe-heel-lifts](https://www.desertcart.uy/products/190207406-ik308-adjustable-ergonomic-elevator-shoe-heel-lifts) --- *Product available on Desertcart Uruguay* *Store origin: UY* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
