What's more, that foam is deep enough, so you can very comfortably wear your glasses under it.I didn't like the fact that it read "Face Shield" on the outside of the band, but I covered it with a piece of duct tape.It fits well too. My husband is over a foot taller than I am and has a long next to mine. The shield worked perfectly for both of us.I highly recommend it.
