My preferred smoothie recipe (in a single serving blender jar): Boathouse Vanilla Chai Tea, ice cubes, 1/2 of a sliced kola nut, 1 tablespoon of Bonga Baobab Superfood Powder, 3 tablespoons of Essential Living Foods Organic Premium Superfood Smoothie Mix (Acai & Goji Boost). I will certainly be back to order more of these kola nuts! I store them (as air-tight as possible), in a plastic food storage bag, and then place that bag inside of a brown paper bag.
