Yes, it's not cheap but the quality in the material and the way this thing is put together lets you know it's a solid product. We have the gray 10 by 10 and bought the Purple Leaf base. I can't emphasize enough to get the ones with the led lights. The amount of light it puts out is just right and it does not attract bugs. Did have one small issue when I opened it up it tilted a little forward and was not perfectly level. Came to realize the pole underneath was not connected to the pole in the top. I rolled it back down and then up again and they connected and now it's perfectly level on my deck. Love the shade I am getting on my deck now and can sit out in the morning sun and drink my coffee.
